I had given up on ttc after 4 failed clomid attempts, I have always had a irregular cycle my last cycle was May 29th. My cycles are normal short and sweet usually 3-4 days extremely light rarely enough to use a tampon and mild cramping. I started my birth control September 15th and started my cycle October 11th, on the 12th I passed two lumps of tissue way larger than the size of a quarter and fainted. I have passed tiny blood clots before but this wasn’t blood, all day I was in severe pain to the point of not wanting to get out of bed and my bleeding was severely heavier than normal. Then on the 14th I felt a little light headed about 8 and then I found another small piece of tissue light colored about 9:30 and all day I had been feeling nauseous. And Since 12:30 am on the 25th up to today I have been having more mild cramps which is very unusual (normally I only have mild cramps on day one and none after the first day) Because of me not having periods I figured there’s no way I was pregnant I wasn’t having any pregnancy symptoms so I started my birth control without consulting my obgyn. I emailed her on the 13th and told her everything and sent her the pictures she called and said she is concerned that I may have had a miscarriage.
