Effacement and dilation
If you’re effaced do you dilate? If you’re dilated are you effaced? I’m confused lol sorry for the dumb question I’m a FTM stopped working and wondering about all these things since I’m bored lol
Also I read in another post about how they are contracting every 5 min or whatever but they’re not dilated. I always thought if youre contracting you dilate?
