Still have baby acne - allergies?

My LO is 16 weeks and still has baby acne. He’s EBF. Could it be an allergy to something I’m eating like dairy or just totally normal still to have it from my hormones?

Try putting breast milk on the acne. It’s not uncommon. But BM does help clear it up.

Im not 100% sure. Have you tried anything in it? We used aquaphor on my daughters and it went away in a couple days and never returned
