Rash on cheek?

I noticed my little one has had this rash on his cheek all day today, it’s a little warm to the touch? Any idea what it could be? (Sorry for the picture quality, he was trying to eat my phone 😂)

My guy has this often on both cheeks and it comes and goes. We moisturize with aveeno baby lotion and it helps

We have the same thing and it comes and goes. I think it’s from my son eating his hands 24/7 or eczema. I put vanicream on it and it gets a lot better.

My daughter has the exact same thing going on with one cheek. Comes and goes. I’ve also been putting cream on it.

I can't really see anything but our little guy bad a drool rash for a while. We just tried to keep his face as dry as possible and it went away.

My little boy had the same for about a month, I thought it's a teething rash and then my doctor said that my boy has an eczema. We kept putting cream on it all the time and it was gone in 3 days ☺️
