Hubby missing birth and first 6 weeks
Advise - my head is swimming. Sorry for the long post, but recommendations are appreciated!
So I just found out my husband will be missing the birth of our second child on Feb 25th (scheduled Csection for medical reasons).
He was offered a fantastic job, but its out of town training until mid-April.
At the time of delivery I will have a 21 month old too. She weighs 28lbs now, and will be too big to carry after a Csection, but in many ways is still a baby herself.
How do I get her into her crib? She still falls asleep in my arms and is transferred. How do I get her out in the am/night if she wakes up? What do I do with her when I need to take the dog out/flip laundry loads in the basement (usually pop her into the crib for 10 mins with toys)?
How will I manage?
What should I do between now and delivery to help make life easier on my own for 6 weeks?
