Post c section exercise

Hi, ladies,

My doctor approved me to go back to normal activity this week. When I went to jog, I took about five jogging steps and couldn’t do keep going because I felt all of the extra pregnancy weight bouncing on my incision, which is so pretty sore and tender when any pressure is applied.

Before getting pregnant, I was running on nearly a daily basis and I miss it so much. What can I do to help get me back into running faster? Anything worked for you?
