I eat extra hot everything throughout my pregnancy and with my first born it never helped me.

Before bed, with my son, I ate chips and spicy salsa and woke up with my water broken. Lol

Well I did eat spicy chicken when I was pregnant with my son. I don’t know if it had anything to do with it or if it was just coincidence since it was already 3 days past his due date BUT I did go into labor right after leaving the restaurant. 🤷🏽‍♀️
