Does anyone else worry between appointments?

This is the first time I’ve really worried about it but my next appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks and I’m so worried they won’t hear baby’s heart beat. Idk where this sudden fear came from but it’s making me crazy 😭😭😭

Yep. Same. And it’s a long time between scans at 12 and 20 wks.

I think since my lil man started kicking and I could feel it like 2 days ago it really calmed my nerves 😩 but yeah it crosses my mind I had a miscarriage before this. Try not to stress 🖤

Yup! I purchased a home Doppler off amazon and it was the best investment! I feel so much better knowing I can check the heartbeat whenever I need a little reassurance!

I always worry. I've only had one very early miscarriage but I still have a lot of anxiety about it. 
It helps once you can start feeling movement, which should be soon!

Get a home doppler to give you that reassurance between appointments. I haven't used mine much since I've been feeling baby move but the days I dont feel him I use it just to check on him.
