Slow carb diet

Anyone doing the slow carb diet?

I was at 186lbs and I started the slow carb diet October 6th, and I’m now at 177lbs. Should I be losing more than I have?

What I eat..

Breakfast: Protein Shake 22g

Lunch: Small Salad (spinach and fat free ranch) and some mix veggies

Dinner: Hamburger meat, Green beans, sometimes Pinto beans or broccoli.

I drink 128 oz of water everyday.

(I don’t do any kind of work outs)
