I had my mirena coil removed 3 weeks ago, about a week later had a period which was unlike any I've ever had before. It was a mix between really light and super heavy with clots, lasting for 5 days. My previous periods (before starting any sort of contraception) would start pretty heavy, getting lighter after day 3 and finishing after 7 days.

Should I be worried? I'm so worried I've damaged my fertility and I'm not going to conceive. I know it's way too soon to tell but I have a gut feeling I can't shake.
