Shooting pain in left ovary

Probably gonna sound so stupid, but when you TTC you look into everything don’t you! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ me and my husband have been trying for 4 years, (he has infertility) this is our first month using donor sperm 🤞🏼

Anyway I’m 5dpo.. I have just had to shout loud my to retrieve my dog, and when I shouted I got a sharp shooting pain in my right ovary! 😬 worried that if I did get lucky this month I’ve just caused some sort of stress to myself 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ and something bads gonna happen.

I’m just nuts arent i 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ tell me shouting can’t cause a fertilised egg damage 😂😂
