Light Spotting but pregnant

I missed my period of Wednesday, got progressively darker positives. Have major cramping at night though (which I remember with my first 2) but today I have some light brown on the toilet tissue. I’m so nervous it’s going to get worse. Anyone have this and everything be fine. I go tomorrow for blood work to confirm but maybe I should talk to the dr too.
