I swear I see faint lines. I think I'm going crazy still

So af 2 days late, had brown spotting before I was supposed to have af. I took a test on Thursday I believe it was and I thought I saw a line but my fiance didn't. I just took another and I swear I still see a line. My nipples have been tingly and my boobs feel like the skin is stretching and like they're engorged. Also no cramps and I feel as tho my insides are being moved around.
