I had my beautiful baby girl yesterday! One push and she was here with no epidural! She initially latched like a champ, although a very strong latch. She immediately started cluster feeding and now I'm wondering if it's because she wasn't getting anything. My left breast hurts so bad and is almost raw. I just pumped for 15 minutes and got absolutely nothing which is why I'm frustrated. My right side hurts as well but nowhere near as bad as the left. I know it takes time but I'm beginning to think it's not going to work. The nurses have tried to help. The lactation consultant has been in multiple times and now to use a pump and get nothing is extremely frustrating. I didn't want to bottle feed especially since I breastfed my first for almost a year but that may be where I'm headed 🙁
