What could this be on my body?? Urgent

What does this look like? I’ve been eating really unhealthy lately and eating fast food. I’m on birth control but this is the first time I’ve ever seen this on my body, could it be something serious? I don’t want to pay for the ER, any remedies or what this could be?

It looks like allergies, skin rash. 
Maybe try some Neosporin to calm the skin down. I’d try to fast, drink tons of water and maybe eat tons of greens, salads, healthier options. 
Maybe even do a full body detox.
