What are your symptoms of ovulating

Not using OPKs currently, so how else do you ladies know you’re ovulating? What are your symptoms?

Answer

Symptoms of ovulation can vary each month. But some are: having ewcm - your most fertile cm a couple to a few days prior to your ovulation day (although not every woman experiences this type of cm), cramping, lower back pain, spotting, nausea, mood changes, headaches, sore breasts, and so forth. They can last for a couple to a few days. It varies for every woman. And they can happen before, during and/or after your ovulation day.
