I’m curious to know if dummies (pacifiers) actually make a difference to the length of sleep a baby gets before waking...

Baby’s age: 14 1/2 weeks
Dummy: N
Sleep: usually I’ll put him down between 7-8pm and he’ll sleep 5-7 hours before waking, have a feed and go back down until 7-8am. Last night he slept a solid 11 hours until 7am (for his only feed since 8pm the previous night). He’s done this once or twice before but it’s not consistent.
