Nap time?

Question

Advice for that span of time while baby is sleeping? I need to keep house in order but also need nap, and then to tend to our fur baby. How do y’all juggle? 😅

Answer

I always have down time when my daughter naps. Sometimes I’ll nap too, other times I will just watch TV. It’s the only “me” time I ever really get. It keeps me sane lol. I get all my house work done while she’s awake, she just follows me around and she will play in whatever room I’m working in. I take breaks to play with her and accommodate her needs. It’s helped her become more independent (she’s 20 months). As for the baby, I just put him in a bouncy seat or his swing and move him room to room too! It’s a good change of scenery for him.

Baby wearing and having a nap when hubby gets home for an hour or so. I also do a 30min tidy right before I get to bed so when I get up the laundry’s done, dishes are done and all the counters and floors are clean.
