A positive opk means it picked up an LH surge. Once its negative that means the surge passed. It has nothing to do with pregnancy at this point. Lol I'm sorry for laughing I've just never heard anyone interpret an opk like this.

The opk detects the surge of LH that happens before ovulation. A negative opk just means that the surge is over now. Wait for a pregnancy test until your period is late.
