Looking for advice as feeling worried...

I’ve been off the pill almost 7 months now, periods have been regular and cycles range between 23-27 days. I am CD18 today and Glow predicted ovulation CD12 (3 previous months had been day 11).

Much to my surprise I started spotting today. Started with a brown discharge but I have had fresh blood throughout the day. I only finished my last period 2 weeks ago and have never had irregular periods or bleeding in between. Mostly I’m concerned about my health. All advice welcome 🙏🏻
