Implantation/ovulation bleeding?

My periods are sometimes wacky and sometimes on time. My last couple have been pretty spot on. It ended October 3-11 and isn’t due again until November 4th. Today is ovulation day, but I usually don’t actually ovulate when my app says (learned from my first pregnancy). For a little bit now I’ve been having barely any, but slightly visible spotting when I wipe. Today for the first time it was actually more visible. Not too much cramping, just a hint. Could this be implantation bleeding if I’ve had sex almost every other day, or just ovulation bleeding today being the day?
