Birth control causes vomiting?

I randomly threw up about an hour ago, I've been feeling odd lately, but my "period" was last week. Super light and only a couple days. The doctor had to up my birth control dose because it wasn't strong enough? Or something.. idk. Advice?

Change the BC asap! Not everyone can take the same bc one caused extreme nausea with me! I'd definitely get a different one
