Bumps on baby's face?

Can anybody tell me what these bumps are? Little one is 7 weeks and they started popping up on both cheeks and a little on her forehead.

Baby acne. My daughter had it so severe I literally cried. I thought I was doing something wrong. I wanted so bad to make them go away. When she cried they looked 1000x worse. I gave her a bath with aveeno baby soap, dried her off, didnt put lotion on for about a week but did dab a little breastmilk on her cheeks and let it dry. The breastmilk trick didnt work for us so I stopped. I also tried to watch her cues so she wouldn't get so upset, sweat and make it worse. It is almost completely gone a week or so later. Just give it some time mama it goes away on its own for the most part.

Baby acne. Completely normal and will go away on their own. They will look worse when baby is distracted or crying.
