So this is super random. It feels weird to ask but whatever. I feel like I have a pimple on my outer labia? Has anyone experienced this?

Side note: I do NOT have unprotected sex and have not had ANY sex in over a year. This just seemed to pop up this week. I’m not freaking out, just wondering if this sounds like a thing? I also haven’t shaved down there super recently either so it’s not like razor burn..
