feel free to go into detail about which you voted for and how it’s worked for you! i’m just extremely paranoid and I myself take my pill perfectly & use condoms but I always symptom spot myself

I was on BC for 9 years, never used condoms, never pulled out. Never got pregnant. BC works a lot better than a lot of the people on this app seem to think.

I used BC for 10 years. I never used another form of protection (once with my husband) and he never pulled out. Never got pregnant. I took it every day but definitely didn’t take it at the exact time daily. There would be times we’d be out and I wouldn’t take it til I got home at 1am or took it before at like 7pm. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am 100% done having kids so we are using birth control, condoms, and pull out all together so we have as much protection as possible other than abstinence. My husband is getting a vasectomy so we will use all 3 till it is affective and he is given the all clear.

I took BC pills for 12 years and used that as my only form of birth control. I’ve never gotten pregnant, but I took it at the same time everyday and hardly ever missed a dose.

I used the birth control pill and ended up getting pregnant with twins on it, I was not upset at all about this cause we figured if it happens it happens. I started the pill when I was 16 and became sexually active and my boyfriend at the time used condoms as well. When I started dating my husband he just pulled out but I was still on the pill. When we got married I let him finish inside me because we were married and I figured why not. I ended up having to switch birth control pill brands and believe that’s how I got pregnant. If you are not trying to get pregnant I would use condoms as well. But if you don’t care then do what you want and be ready for any outcome that happens

We pull out. The pill is 99% effective alone when used properly. Tried not to get scared too much. I don’t like the mess of him cumming inside, and it throws off my PH.

I got pregnant while using bc and no other precaution. I had an alarm on my phone and everything. It can happen. It ended in an ectopic pregnancy sadly, though.
