Testing ultrasound

Has anyone done the 12ish week testing ultrasound and not go for further testing if something was found? I'm debating if I want to have it done. I didnt have it done with my first. But I also know I dont want any invasive testing either. So I'm scared they may find something and I won't want to go for further testing and then il possibly freak myself out for nothing.
