PANIC STATIONS - Anyone ever had symptoms one day and gone the next but all be ok?

I've had two losses already... felt rough yesterday and nothing today. Had a 6 week scan. Little heartbeat. That was a week ago. Anxiety is so high!!!! All help appreciated...

Symptoms come and go. Miscarriage is traumatic and your reaction is totally normal. I've suffered many myself, this is my first viable pregnancy (though technically I lost one of the twins) so I get it. Take it one day, one moment, one test, one milestone at a time. I would look for blood everytime I used the restroom but it started to get better and less scary as the pregnancy progressed. Hearing a heartbeat is a huge deal and the risk of miscarriage drops dramatically from there. Don't steal your own joy, enjoy this pregnancy mama!
