Any moms have an experience with thrush? I'm 99% sure that's what this is. Is this something I can treat at home orb should I go to the doctor. We really can't afford it but I dont want it to get worse. Any advice is great. Thank you

That does not look like thrush in this picture, it just looks like milk tongue which is normal. Don’t treat, take to doctor and confirm diagnosis.

If you wipe it and it doesn’t come off it’s most likely thrush. You can use gentian violet

I haven’t personally but my sister did with my nephew. Her and her fiancé got it too... the whole family had to be put on antibiotics. And of course religiously washing passy’s and bottles, anything that touched his mouth so he wouldn’t relapse... should probably see your pediatrician. Hope it gets better!!

Doesn’t look like thrush.  It would be splotches that are red when the white is removed.  Thrush can’t be treated at home and you’d need to go to the doctor for an antifungal.
