Did anyone experience UTI like symptoms before BFP?

I'm 9dpo and 5 days until Period due and i feel soo sick.

My discharge smells like chemicals, but i don't have any itching or burning and normal CM. did a PH acidity test and it came back normal.... which means no BV or UTI. Tested negative for yeast infection too. This was yesterday and now today i feel exhausted and i got my normal sleep as usual. It's a tiredness i feel in my whole body. I feel shaky even though i ate a really healthy breakfast. I have really annoying heat flashes. I'll be sweating for an hour and then freezing cold but my body internally still feels hot . And my throat is really sore. My doctor said my lymph nodes are fine so my body isn't fighting an infection or illness. Super weird i never had this before.

I don't have any cramping except two days ago 7dpo i had a little poking feeling left side but it was only once.

pregnancy test yesterday was negative because it's too early
