Hospital to Deliver At?

Hey ladies? I’m almost 5 months and I’m looking for some insight on which hospital to have my first baby at. I live in Spring/Woodlands so I know there are several in the area but I’m not opposed to downtown or willowbrook area.

I had my baby in July at Houston Methodist Willowbrook and LOVED IT. My midwives were awesome and the doctors were too. Very comfortable and accommodating. My labor nurse was also the best. I also hemorrhaged after birth and had to be rushed to OR and ICU after and felt very good about it all even though it was extremely scary I felt like I was in good hands. They also Made sure I could pump for baby and Skyped my daughter from the nursery so I could see her as well while in ICU. Really was the best experience I could have asked for even when things went wrong.

My doctor only delivers at St Josephs. We absolutely loved it. They have upgraded rooms for $150 a night. Huge room, stocked mini fridge, snacks, meals for your partner. Nurses and resident doctors were top notch!!

I’ve had my baby at St Lukes in the woodlands and I’m about to deliver my second one there. I had a great experience the first time. I made sure my doctor was able to deliver there whenever I picked it.
