Weird period

I’m on the last day of my period and I didn’t get any cramps this cycle it came a day early which is normal but I didn’t cramp my first day which I do for 3 days but didn’t just had this dull ache on my left side with a lower grade fever. And it’s super light I usually bleed heavy barely bled much when I started it was dark brown and then bright red. A couple days before I started my breast was so sore it hurt to touch them and it felt different never get that type of pain it was on the side of boobs. Now it’s day 5 and my boobs are super sore everything has been weird since ovulating but I have a Tubes are tied, well clipped.
