Can you be pregnant with hardly any symptoms?

Im 4 weeks based on my cycle average and LMP. Ive had positive tests but the inky symtom inhave is mild craps sometimes. Is that notmal?
Everytime i go to the bathroom Im scared Ill get my period.

It’s normal to not have symptoms until later for some women

You can have no symptoms now and get hit with them later or just not at all lol. 
I’m 36 weeks and never had symptoms but a missed period with my first and this baby. Didn’t ‘feel’ pregnant til they moved lol

I didn't have any symptoms when I found out, i was late on my period so I took 2 tests. I was about 4ish weeks. I started to feel symptoms around 7 weeks.

It’s normal not to have them that early. Mine started (full force May I add) around 6+3 to 7 weeks. Or you could be like my best friend who makes pregnancy look a breeze with no symptoms throughout other than the little stuff like sore boobs at first and maybe some heartburn later

First of all it's still very early, so you might still get symptoms. But even if you don't, it's not a reason to worry. Every woman and every pregnancy are different. Some don't get any symptoms at all throughout the entire pregnancy!

You don’t get them until week 6 about. I was crying and having existential crisis at 4 weeks but that’s it.

With my son, I had no symptoms except for mild fatigue and some aches and pains toward the end. I didn’t even get Braxton Hicks contractions. I know it’s hard not to worry though! I bought a little heart monitor thing from amazon so I could listen to his heartbeat and ease my worries every once in a while.
