Start to Af ? Or Not. SMALL LIGHT PINK DISCHARGE ISH

I am ten days late . Not normal usually for me but doctors have told me that my periods for a while will take time to go back to being regular since my stillbirth in July. However this morning I had small amounts of light pink. I can't tell if this is gonna be a sign that af is coming ? Confused . Any advise or help will be appreciated.
