Help!!!
I posted in another group but only got two answers 😑 my son sweats really bad, if he’s out in the sun too long sometimes he gets a couple bumps on his face but they end up going away after i wash his face twice a day with warm water! Is this a heat rash ? It’s a lot of them and there’s a couple on his arm..he’s getting his shots next week so i just thought I’d wait to ask the doctor.
