Does anyone else experience sharp pains in their left side before their period?

It happens to me at different times in my cycle, sometimes when I'm ovulating or sometimes while I'm PMSing. They're very sharp pains in my left side, similar to a stitch or appendicitis (which is what GP thought it was the first time I experienced it). They're so strong that I can barely walk when I have them, I feel pressure in my stomach that makes me feel nauseous and dizzy to the point of fainting.

Been having them since I was 14 but they don't come every month, anyone know what it might be and how to treat it? Ibuprofen doesn't do anything to help me with this particular problem 😭
