Period coming later and later since cutting my tubes

Hey y’all. So, a few months ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and was in THE WORSE PAIN OF MY LIFE because I also had an IUD that dropped and cut up my uterus and left a shit ton of scar tissue. I’m lucky it didn’t perforate according to my OBGYN.

So he told me that I would be subfertile, and as I already have a son and told myself I would adopt, I told him “ why don’t we just cut off that other 50%?” And at the ripe age of 24 he is the only doctor to ever tell me yes to me cutting my tubes and not insinuate that “ maybe my husband wants more kids”. But that’s another topic for another day.

The point is, ever since I got that procedure done, my period has been soooooo different. It comes a couple days later than it usually does ( this app has always been so spot on with when my period comes) and it only lasts like 3 days if that instead of 5 and is SUPER light after the first day.

I’m just curious if this is normal or if I should, indeed, be concerned. Sorry for the long post; I tend to assume that every detail, no matter how small, is VITAL. And sometimes it really is never that serious lol
