I woke up today feeling kinda nauseous. It would come and go. By noon I was having loose stools. Around 4 I started to get frequent Braxton Hicks. By 6 they were every 15mins or so along with horrible gas like pain. They were stronger. The braxton hicks turned to painful cramps and light contractions. I timed them and the were every 1.25 minutes apart. Horrible and scary. I drank water. I showered. They’re starting to fade now. Can irritable bowels trigger labor?
