6 Months, Won’t Sleep, Please HELP!

Hi moms, I’m in desperate need of tips and help with sleep training. I have a 6 mo old boy and he refuses to sleep with me, meaning I am unable to put him down for sleeps. My SO helps out with putting him down, but I cannot without him. Unless he falls asleep on the boob :( I can’t get anything done! I’m so tired of him falling asleep past 12 Am! And waking up every 2-3 hrs.. even after bedtime. It’s never ending, first time mommy in desperate need lol 😩
