Morning sickness or?

So when you get sick with morning sickness after you've been sick do feel completely okay again afterwards as just trying to figure out if this is morning sickness or a bug

I feel shit all day, err day. 
Throwing up gives me no relief. 
I had convinced myself something more serious was wrong with me,  went to the docs and he said nope I'm just pregnant. 
Almost 10 weeks hoping it ends at week 12 👌

I don’t ! I throw up and still feel like shit the whole day ! It’s morning , afternoon , and night for me. Everyone is different though. Like with my first pregnancy I’d puke every morning and feel good the test of the day.
