TTC after nexplanon, how long did it take to concieve?

I just had my implant removed and I just wanted to see on average how long it took for people to conceive. I know it can vary woman to woman.

18months, but because of PCOS with super irregular cycles.

My son was not planned. I had an appointment set up in the beginning of February for new birth control.. ended up being a pregnancy test. Which was super positive.
And then my second baby (16 weeks pregnant) was conceived on birth control and while breastfeeding. So. 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

3 months but it was ectopic and I lost it. Got pregnant directly after the loss and now 20 weeks. Anyone I know who had nexplanon is about the same.
