Early multiple pregnancy

So we have been trying to conceive for over 2 years and finally got out positive. We went in for an early ultrasound at 5 weeks 4 days and they discovered that we have not one but two babies! We saw the yolk sacs and heartbeats for both babies but they were still too small to measure. I'm beyond thrilled but cant seem to shake the constant feeling of doom. I'm terrified of losing one or both of the babies, especially with the ultrasound being so early. I know my chances are very high for vanishing twin syndrome. I'm just hoping to find some success stories from someone who discovered they were pregnant with twins and found out really early and things ended up ok. I'm stressing myself out.
