I’ve had this EXACT thing. It’s an allergic reaction to something. Mine is NSAIDS (Motrin, Excedrin, etc). It probably doesn’t feel very good. Take Benadryl (or another antihistamine) and put some cream on it (not lotion) and if it gets better just avoid whatever it was. HOWEVER, if you feel like your throat or face are swelling or it gets worse, go to a doctor or ER.
