Trying to catch ovulation before 1st pp period

Any suggestions to catch ovulation before the first postpartum period? 7 months pp but still exclusively pumping. Don’t night pump and have already cut back on pumping but still no period. I thought I was showing signs this past week of possibly period starting soon. Started having CM again after being dry for so long so watching for signs in that too.
