TTC baby #1

Okay so I need to vent. I’m 26 and my fiancé is 28 and we have been ttc for 3 cycles now. We have known each other for 14 years and are getting married in may 2020. This past cycle, I got my first positive opk and we bd a few hours after that and the next morning. I am now 10 dpo and still getting bfn. I am so discouraged but I know it’s still early. I’m really not sure what we’re doing wrong but it’s driving me nuts! We both work a lot, I’m an RN and I work 48 hours a week on my feet and my job is fast paced but I don’t let it stress me out. He works with kids part time and is a tattoo artist full time. He has one daughter who will be 6 next week. I just really hope we are able to have kids ! I have no ob/gyn issues, everything has always been normal just been on bc for 10 years up until we started ttc.
