Diarrhea tips?

For the baby of course? Spent the whole night changing diapers. And I do give her a probiotic.

It might be a virus :/ my daughter just had one (confirmed by the doctor), that gave her diarrhea for about 2.5 weeks 😫 and not just loose poop, but so frequent - like 7-8 dirty diapers a day. Plus she sleeps through the poopy diaper at night so that was 12 hours with one (and I was not about to wake her up). 
She got a bad diaper rash from all the wiping, so the pediatrician just recommended washing her off with water and mild soap (no wipes), and using a TON of regular Vaseline. She recommended that because it comes off easier than any other cream.
