C section incision bleeding

For the last couple of weeks my c section incision has been sort of wet/sticky and has a little odor, but nothing too bad. My husband and I had sex for the first time since our baby was born at 6 weeks pp and I noticed that my incision was bleeding a little after. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have my 6 week follow up appointment on Thursday but I’m not sure if I should try to get in earlier this week.
