What are y’all getting your babies for Christmas? Mine will be three months on the date.

My LO will be four months by then.  Honestly I wasn’t going to get her anything because she won’t remember and I shop for her all the time.  I’ll take her to get pictures with Santa and will try to do holiday things with her.  If people ask then I’ll say just clothes.

I started the three gift concept with my first, it relieves the pressure to shower with gifts and keeps the Celebration in line with what Jesus received when he was born so frankincense myrrh and gold. Frank-something that’s a necessity (clothes, jammies, etc) myrrh-something spiritual (a little people nativity set first year, second was a play through the Bible book), and gold-something they really want. I’ll probably keep it super low key since he will only 3months. If anything at all. And also thinking of doing brother gifts 🤷🏼‍♀️. Birthdays are when I get to go crazy haha, and frankly prefer to go DO something than do a bunch of gifts.

We are getting her a lava lamp for her room and a shared gift with her brother. It’s a treehouse (has a baby swing) so they can play in the backyard more.

My babes will be almost 4 months. I’m getting a couple developmental toys and some gear for summer for her. Asking family and friends for wipes, winter gear, spring/summer clothing andantes have expressed interest in putting money (instead of gifts) towards a bank account for her. It’s hard the first year, it’s really just you opening her presents 😂

She won’t remember it and I don’t know if she’ll actually be interested in toys then (I have a couple of those to give her if she is), but I’m getting her (me lol) a little headband/bow subscription box and some cute clothes. 
I am getting other family members plenty of presents “from” her though :)
