Normal or no ?

My 2 in a half week old baby is super restless at night he won’t go to sleep he tosses and turns in his bassinet and fusses a lot he eats every 2 hrs and I change him every 2 hours but putting him to sleep is so hard I rock him hold him but the sec I lay him In his bed he fusses again he sleep VERY good in the day time sleeps almost all day of course he wakes up for his feedings then he goes back to sleep what can I do to help my baby fall asleep at night I’m so exhausted because I don’t sleep at night at ALL 😪 and no I can’t really nap with him in the day I have a 4 year old daughter who I also need to attend to so I’m running on Coffee during the day 🙄
