Weird stomach bug?

Hi, all - I’m 21 weeks + 4 and a FTM. For the last couple days I’ve been having weird stomach aches. I can’t tell if it’s a bug or something I ate? But, it constantly feels like I have to go to the bathroom and I’m going to have diarrhea but I’ve been so constipated this pregnancy that when I go it’s still difficult and it’s normal consistency (sorry for all the 💩 talk). Anyway, it’s a little concerning because the bathroom cramps feel like period cramps sometimes (I also have endo so it could be aggravating that) but they’re relieved when I go, for a while at least or until I eat again. I also woke up this morning with much higher stomach pain (but it seems higher than where my uterus is even). I’ve also been feeling the little guy moving and kicking a ton so that seems reassuring. Does this still sound like something I should concern my doctor with? Or does it just sound like a bug that needs to run its course? Thanks in advance.
