Low temp ?

Glow says ovulation is today and Flo says it was yesterday.. 
I’ve never done the temperature thing before and I just checked it, so what does a low temp mean during your fertile week?.: mine was 97.0

A single temp means nothing - you have to temp your whole cycle to gather any info from temperature data.

You can’t just check your temp for one day you need to temp your whole cycle to know if and when you actually ovulated. Use opks if you can too. Cus apps don’t know when your body will ovulate

Everyone is different you have to track your whole cycle not just 1 day to see your individual pattern

You would have to check your temp at the same time every day before your get up and move for it to be an accurate reading.
